Linda Rogers & Associates, Inc. provides either of two very distinct functions for our clients.

Consulting Services

First, we can provide consulting services for clients in need of a particular expertise.  Many of our clients are companies in need of a service, expertise, skill-set, or particular knowledge base for a finite period of time or for the duration of a very specific project.  LRAI has a long, well established track record in providing these services.  Our twenty-four years of experience in the Information Technology services industry gives us immediate access to the most qualified IT professionals in the business.  We know who those professionals are that keep up with the latest technologies and who have a track record of completing their projects thoroughly and efficiently.

Recruiting & Search Services

In addition, we provide recruiting and search services for clients that are looking for highly specialized IT professionals that are willing to join our clients as full-time employees.  Our permanent placement recruiting services involve both identifying qualified professionals and then managing employer-candidate negotiations that result in an employer/employee relationship that is beneficial and rewarding for both parties.
