long term contract opening for a Senior Business Process and Technical
Architecture Consultant to provide structured in depth technical analysis
and formal assessment on multiple interrelated projects. Main focus is
technical architectural considerations regarding interrelationships between
IT projects. This will include technical interfaces, data and physical
architecture, business process reengineering, LAN/WAN architecture
analysis/design/engineering to facilitate a transparent interaction of new
applications and the systems currently under development. Consultant will
be responsible for understanding, evaluating, and recommending options
regarding system interfaces, possible business process conflicts, data
design/exchange, and system/network architecture. Requires a minimum of 4
years as a chief technical architect or senior technical leader on large
scale IT infrastructure projects ($15 million or more) Experience in Health
Information Management is highly desirable. PMP Certification is highly

Directory Architect/Engineer with experience in building, developing -
modifying, and implementing AD schema in a windows and UNIX environment.
Approximately 100 UNIX and 220 windows servers, 3000 - 3500 users. The
environment is concurrently going through an Exchange server consolidation
and upgrade as well (Exchange 2000-Exchange 2007). The individual must be
proficient at architectural design documentation, technical planning, and
project implementation skills. Excellent communication and technical
management skills required. A MCSA, MCSE certification desired, 5+ years as
a Sr. Sys Admin with active directory development experience. Knowledge of
enterprise storage and back up solutions a plus.

Midsize Sacramento data center has one long term contract opening for a
client Server Programmer Analyst. Duties include system analysis, creation
of application specifications based on previously approved system
specifications, as well as detailed logic design, coding, testing,
maintenance, and overall documentation. Candidate must have substantial
experience with ASP.NET, VB.NET, Java Script, SQL, writing web applications
with database connectivity, such as Open Database Connection (ODBC), Active
X Data Objects, ADO, ADO.NET, and Remote Procedure Calls (RPC), MS Access knowledge is
essential. Knowledge of VBScript, HTML, XML, and, ASP is helpful. Should
also be familiar with service-oriented architecture (SOA), n-tier
architecture, and object-oriented design.

Large Sacramento data center has
one contract opening for FileNet Business Analyst. Requires a minimum
of 4 years experience performing Business and Systems Analysis, 2 years in a
FileNet environment. Responsibilities include: Work with the business
and technical team members to develop recommendations for improving the
business processes and document the improvements; Work with the business and
technical team members to document business requirements for system changes
and act as liaison between the business and technical representatives to
ensure that the system changes meet business needs; Work with the Project
Manager and Business Lead to resolve issues with Business Areas; Work with
the business staff to develop user acceptance testing processes, including
the development of test execution test scripts: and participate in quality
assurance peer reviews of business requirements, business and technical
specifications, and test documentation.

experience profiles. Experience with Visual Basic and Access
programming in an SQL environment, or web enabling types of experience with
ASP, FrontPage 2000, HTML, JAVA, and Visual Basic in a SQL environment.
These contracts typically last one-plus years.
