Q: Can you help me find a job?
A: LRAI provides services to corporate clients that require professionals with certain job skills.  That is, we work the process from the company side.  Our business is to help companies find candidates and we simply don't have the time or resources to help candidates find companies...unless we happen to have an appropriate opening.


Q: Do you work with clients that are not in the IT industry?
A: All of our efforts are focused on staying up to date with what's going on in the region's IT market.  That's a full-time job.  For that reason we are not best suited to assist with non-IT employment searches.


Q: Who pays the fee for services provided by LRAI?
A: Whether we contact a candidate about a full-time or contract opening, all fees are paid by the client companies.  Under no circumstances will a potential candidate be asked to pay fees for our services.


Q: Do you sponsor H-1B VISA's for non-US citizens?
A: LRAI does not sponsor H-1B VISA's.


Q: Do you hire un-incorporated individuals on a 1099 basis?
A: LRAI brings on all contractors as W-2 employees of our firm.  If an individual is incorporated and able to provide verifying documentation we will be happy to arrange a 1099 relationship with the corporation.


Q: As a W-2 employee of LRAI what types of benefits can an employee expect?
A: LRAI offers Kaiser medical insurance and 401K options through Wachovia Bank to all of our employees.
